All Thunder Products, Inc. parts can be ordered from us directly by calling 320-597-2700. Thunder Products provides priority customer support on all products purchased directly from us.
Shipping: Orders are normally shipped by UPS ground service, Priority mail or SpeeDee delivery where applicable. Other UPS services such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select are also available. Freight charges will be added at time of invoicing. Please supply your complete and correct shipping address when ordering online or by phone. Address correction fees charged by UPS will be billed to your credit card.
***International orders will be charged brokerage fees and taxes upon delivery. Brokerage fees can be quite high from UPS, even on ground shipments. Priority mail cost is higher than UPS, but most times you are far better in the long run to choose Priority mail over UPS. UPS Brokerage fee alone is over $30 on a $100 shipment. By agreeing to these terms, you are accepting the fees carriers charge upon delivery.
Method of Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards or a Money Order in advance of shipping. No C.O.D.’s please.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by Thunder Products, Inc. and are subject to a 15% merchandise restocking charge. Freight charges will not be refunded. This applies to new and unused parts only! No returns are accepted after 30 days from date of invoice. No credit or refund will be issued on parts returned without authorization number.
Tech Questions: Technical questions should be directed to the performance shop you purchased your Thunder Products performance part form. Thunder Products, Inc. provides priority technical service on parts purchased directly from us. Technical questions are answered by telephone only during regular business hours!
Warranty: Thunder Products, Inc. warrants each of its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. All liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the part(s). Warranty parts must be returned through the point of purchase. This warranty will not cover any part that has been misused, improperly installed, or damaged by accident.
